CMIP5 questionnaire requirements

List of CMIP5 questionnaire requirements from Y1 meeting:

• dropdown lists (5 or enter first charac)
• never ask same question twice
• progressive disclosure
• maintain compatilibity with ESG/Curator
• quality control of answers (flagging missed + guiding, validation)
• developed specifically for CMIP5
• orthogonal information software/activity- construct CIM from these two
• replication feature for activity and for software + change
• use information from file identifiers (tie data & metadata)
• re-edit/save/update/increment functionality (before/after data+metadata submission issue)
